The Seyval blanc grape gives a dry and fruity white wine and a part of the volume is also aged with oak, giving a rounder white wine. The red and the rosé wines are also dry. Three distinct apperitive wines and a ice wine complete the selection of product.
Le Métis
Seyval noir, Frontenac gris, Chamboursin; between 10 and 12 % alcohol.
Dry rosé wine, discreet aromas of strawberry and raspberry, light and refreshing.
Serve with any kind of meals : lamb, fish, pâtés, pasta, and more…

Les Trois Clochers red
Maréchal-Foch, Chancelor, Frontenac, Léon-Millot, Lucie Khulmann; between 11 and 13 % alcohol.
Dry wine, medium lasting fruit taste, aromas of dark red fruit and jam, lightly oaked. Serve with
any kind of meal except for those to much spiced or fish. Serve at about 16-17°C.
